Guests at the Pavilion can enjoy tasty Japanese Cuisine, watch exciting martial arts demonstrations (Kendo & Karate), energetic musical performances (Kita no Taiko) and join Japanese folk dance.
Beyond the bright red tori (wooden gate) visitors can view, historical displays, Japanese toys and games, and arts and crafts such as shodo (calligraphy), bonsai (miniature trees) and origami (paper folding).
A selection of Japanese crafts and ceramics will be available for purchase.
The Japanese Pavilion invites everyone to experience a bit of Japanese culture during the 36th annual Servus Heritage Festival.
